Dr. Aparna Darswal is a highly experienced Senior Consultant and Head of the Department of Ophthalmology. With over 20 years of expertise, she specializes in advanced eye care, including phacoemulsification (MICS micro incision cataract surgery) performed under topical anesthesia, which eliminates the need for injections.

Dr. Darswal is also skilled in anterior segment surgeries, glaucoma management, and the medical treatment of retinal diseases. Her areas of expertise extend to ocular trauma, ocular inflammation and uveitis, myopia control programs, and the management of eye infections.

She holds an MBBS and an MS in Ophthalmology, along with a Fellowship (FMR) from the prestigious RPC at AIIMS. Throughout her career, Dr. Darswal has made significant contributions to the field, including presenting research at international conferences like the SAARC Ophthalmological Congress in Sri Lanka and the XXIX Congress of ESCRS in Vienna, Italy.

Dr. Darswal is an active member of several professional organizations, including the All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS), the Delhi Ophthalmological Society (DOS), the Delhi Medical Association (DMA), and the Indian Medical Association (IMA). Her dedication to excellence in ophthalmology has made her a respected leader in her field.
